Ingredients
- 1 cup with water
- 1/2 pieces of ayote
- cinnamon slices to taste
- 7 cloves
- 11 sweet peppers
- 2 bundles of shavings, grated
Preparation
- In a truncheon add guava branches to separate the bottom of the truncheon with the ayote.
- At the same time, add some chagüite leaves to cover it well.
- Add part of the candy in a layer and add water, cinnamon sticks, 4 sweet peppers, 2 cloves.
- Then make a layer of ayote, putting more sweet and the same amount of spices, another layer of
- ayote and the rest of spices and sweet.
- Cover it and put it on high heat for 20 minutes,
- then we lower the flame a little, keep moving and cook.
The process of this recipe takes at least 2 hours and 30 minutes.
