Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 2 tbsp. ginger, grated
- sliced cinnamon
- 8 sweet peppers
- 5 cloves
- Raspberry to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Ice
Preparation:
- In a small pot, boil the water, the ginger and the spices,
- after a few minutes, let it cool down.
- Finally add more water, raspberry and sugar all to taste.
- Serve with ice.
- Some people add a little yeast and let it ferment a little, before adding the raspberry and sugar.
